Social Distancing & Hygiene

> All guests are required to wear mask as mandated by the State Order
> Basile insures that all persons, including employees, customers, & vendors 
remain ~ six feet apart to the greatest extent possible.
> Table dividers may also be used in order to decrease 
the risk of COVID
> Basile is fully equipped with hand sanitizers that are placed 
throughout the restaurant, 
including the dining area, the hostess stand, and the kitchen. 
Guests and Staff are encouraged to use hand sanitizers frequently. 
> Basile is requiring frequent and conscious hand washing by all employees and has adequate supplies to do so 
> All employees are required to wear masks and disposable gloves, as needed 
> Basile Menus are available on-line for contact less ordering
> WiFi password will be provided to guests to access Basile Menus online & place an order 
> Disposable paper menus will also be available for Dinner only
> In addition, our staff will be happy to read off the Menu items, 
if needed
> Basile will also ensures that if/when an active employee is diagnosed with COVID-19, 
a deep cleaning and disinfecting will be performed throughout the entire restaurant.

Staffing & Operations

> Basile provides a weekly training to all employees regarding the the most up-to-date 
State mandated protocols & standards 
Employees are required to sign-off on receiving such training
> Each Basile employee goes through a screening, which includes a temperature check 
before starting the work
> Basile requires employees who are displaying any infection related symptoms 
to stay home and seek medical attention
> Basile may require a contact less temperature check from the guests.

Cleaning & Disinfecting

> Basile ensures sensitization our high traffic areas, such as our kitchen,
workstations, equipment, tables, chairs, doorknobs, and restrooms.
> Basile bathrooms, workstation and doorknobs are also  sanitized frequently.
> Our kitchen and restaurant has gone thru a deep cleaning and this happens daily
> Table and chairs are fully cleaned on  a daily basis and we use new table linens for each sitting
> Credit machines and other equipment will also be cleaned after each credit card transaction
