WE WELCOME RETURN OF CHEF TONY TO BASILE BOSTON.

Chef Tony worked at BASILE from 2009 – 2015. He was one of the critical staff who created some of today’s popular dishes back in 2009. He developed the recipes for our delicious sauces used in most of our famous dishes such as Ravioli Masala, Rigatoni Bolognese etc…
In 2015, Tony, joined Smith & Wollensky (One Of The Top Rated Steakhouses in USA). He wanted to expand his skill set and perfect the art of meat cooking. He spent three years working with the best Chefs to make the best Steak and Lamb of your life. While at Smith & Wollensky, Tony also learned the Corporate Structure and Cadence of running the kitchen efficiently.
Now at Basile Tony brings his expertise of making the best Steak and revitalize our menu with the best Steak dishes in America. Of Course, he also continues to enhance the quality and taste of our popular Italian and Fusion dishes.
